Education and employment in agriculture

The team of the site "entreprise-s.com" constituted of professors' researchers of the department of horticulture - IAV Hassan II, can collaborate with the Alef-USAID project of different manners:

1 - Formation of educaters:

- Theoretical courses in room.

- Practices, manual works, TP, TD on the land and in horticultural exploitations.

- Training for getting a profession or a career of:

+ Agent or chief of crops: qualifications on crop conducting in market gardening and fruit plants (grafting, sizing, irrigation, fertilization, pathological treatments …).

+ Manager of a horticultural exploitation and qualified worker in fertigation, sizing of the trees, installation of the greenhouses, management of the climate of the greenhouses, nursery, work of soil, gardening…).

2 - Technical support:

- Technical diagnosis on a problem of production.

- Cartography of the land for determination of the soil fertility (sampling of soil, interpretation of chemical analyses for fertilizer calculation …).

- Formulation of production projects to be presented to a bank by a young promoter.

- Feasibility of production projects.

- Accompaniment of the laureates in the survey and the realization of their projects of production and research.

3 - Information on the gaps of actuality:

- Information on horticultural potentialities of the main Moroccan regions.

- Information on deficits to expertise of the promoters in order to succeed their projects.
